The Best K-cup Flavors for summer - over ice!

If you own a Keurig, then you understand how much easier the machine makes your life. And if you thought this majestic piece of machinery was only useful for enjoying hot beverages, think again! I've learned how to make iced coffee in the past quite successfully, but for these hot summer months, I'm gonna need something a bit more refreshing. Enter some of the best K-cup flavors for a hot summer!

Note: This is a plastic sweat-proof tumbler from Walmart. Do not use glass. It's science. :)

My roller derby practices are scheduled for 3-4 evenings a week. After a long day, I typically need a little pick-me-up, or I'm on my way to yawnsville instead of practice - yikes! It's way too hot for coffee these days, so I've started brewing up a cup of iced strawberry pomegranate vitamin burst from Walmart. They're low calorie drinks (80!) and provide the perfect little kick-start. :) That, combined with a healthy snack or dinner gets me ready to kick some butt.



So far I've shared that I like grabbing my Brew Over Ice drinks to-go, but they are also great for lounging outdoors! My mom and I were hanging out on the patio the other day discussing Father's Day activities and possible gifts. We usually have a barbecue and just enjoy each other's company while the rest of America is holding a buzzer at some restaurant waiting. :) She mentioned how perfect the K-cups would be for our outdoor meal. Super refreshing, everyone can choose their own flavor...and you can add fruit to make them a bit fancier!

Oh, and here's a bonus for the over-21 crowd. These K-cups serve as ridiculously tasty mixers. Why bother buying excessive bottles of juice or soda when you can serve a cup at a time that includes a guilt-free burst of flavor?
