Serum No5 Shrinking Violet

This is an older mani that I did with a Serum No5 polish called Shrinking Violet. The polish is a much older release from the time when the bottles were still round with the paper label. Nowadays Serum No5 polishes come in square bottles, plastic labels and in their own individual boxes.

Anyway, I think it took about three coats of Shrinking Violet to look this opaque and streak-free. I was not too impressed with the application or maybe the formula for this batch wasn't on point. The golden shimmer that I can see through the bottle doesn't show much on the nails either.

On my accent nails, I did simple black and white dots over OPI Do You Lilac It?.
