10-Minute Window

Amidst a loss for words, an abundance of pending images, and a 10-minute window to hammer down a decent update, I stare at the blinking cursor that taunted me to flesh out words for a good 5 seconds before I fired up a new window desperate for inspiration. It has been a while, yet again, and I am quite rusty with this. I cannot tell you how many times I have tried to nail down the perfect blog post only to feel like it didn't quite make it. Clicking the X button, and then proceeding to watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Now on another hard attempt, I skipped the X button and went straight for a new window to help refresh myself with the world that now seems distant but is still a passion at best. Five fashion blogs later, I realized that even sometimes, you cannot blame yourself for not having the time to work on your own. It just is.

So, perhaps, rather than a comeback, this is me trying to slowly reignite what was once there. As I have learned recently, it is not in the hasty moment of risks that you get the most result, but in the careful chances you take.
