MAC Sideshow You Blush ($24.00 for 0.33 oz.) is described as a “light peach coral (with a Satin finish).” It’s a lightly brightened, medium pink coral with a semi-matte finish. I found it to be mostly matte with just a smidgen of shimmer, but on the skin, it appears more matte than anything else. Urban Decay Streak Blush (P) is a touch lighter. Guerlain Coral Blush (LE) is darker. Dior My Lady (003) (LE, $60.00) is pinker. NYX Apricot (P, $5.00) is similar. Milani Coral Cove (05) (LE, $7.99) is warmer, brighter. Hourglass Luminous Flush (P, $35.00) is pinker. Hourglass Diffused Heat (P, $35.00) is lighter. Dior Corail Bagatelle (763) (LE, $43.00) is more shimmery. Tarte True Love (P, $26.00) is pinker. This is a new, limited edition shade exclusively available online as part of MAC’s collaboration with The Simpsons, which will launch online on August 28th and in-stores September 4th. It’s an over-sized MAC blush: think the size of Beauty Powders, Mineralize Skinfinishes, and so forth. The texture was soft, finely-milled, and on the thinner side. It had a little bit of powderiness, but it was blendable on the skin and didn’t read powdery applied. It had good color payoff that could be sheered out or layered for a brighter quality. On me, the blush lasted for almost eight hours before fading along the edges.
