consider us utterly obsessed, but this city never lets down. coming for the ninth time to japan doesn't make it a single bit less intriguing. it's a land of never ending surprises... hence the overwhelming-but-not-really-actually photo diary. 50 out of 1139 was barely easy. a weeks trip condensed and not even close to finish sharing. might possibly be able to publish a tour guide out of all the places we dropped by. ridic. a week or even two... or three... is just never enough. maybe it's a typical asian / hongkongnese tokyo-obsessive behaviour, but we just love it there. the culture, the food, the fashion... everything! need to take some serious consideration to move there... heck why not. can't wait till our next trip which hopefully, wouldn't be far.outfit posts will be jumping around in the near blog posts... but roughly you are looking at - rack of dresses which i would love to own from toga, lounging around shibuya in lanvin en bleu tweed tee, ksubi and awangs, our favourite gyoza restaurant at harajuku, marinated aubergine and plum cold soba, stopping by the tokyo tower for the first time, shopping at ginza in my stella silk dress, mr.fungi grab machine, the rooftop garden (best) starbucks at tokyu plaza, asakusa, sun catching in a h&m denim blazer, ksubi overalls and karen walker sunnies, dean & deluca milk frap heaven, family mart drink variety, asakusa exploring in ksubi cutout denim vest, t by alexander wang tank, uniqlo jeans and theyskens pumps, meguro streets at night, banana ricotta cheese pancakes w/ honeycomb butter at bills omotesando, daily street crossing scene of shibuya (crazy), aoyama exploring in egoiste cutout shoulder shirt and h&m sweats, ichiran ramen, midnight supermarket shopping, meguro river - which we still have to visit in spring when all the streets are covered in sakura trees, fresh veg fondue, the infamous takeshita dori street, another favourite - tofu at the toriyoshi restaurant, at narita airport in rick owens draped denim jacket, topman tee, gap jeans and derek's large carry all proenza schouler ps1, and lastly a sunrise moment from our hotel window. p.s sorry if this post crashed your iPhone/ipad/safari/explorer etc... already downsized the photos already.
