The Farewell

If you are reading this, I'll have you know that this is probably the hardest blog entry I have ever written. As I type this entry, I wipe tears from my face knowing that this would be my final blog entry I will ever write in the city I have called home for the past 26 years of my life.

I love Vancouver—I really do...and with the last few precious hours I have left to savour, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has ever walked into my life and even a thank you to those who even walked out. It's the ones that stayed with me till now, that will always have my most gratitude towards.
To the family I leave at home, I love you all so much. I know I'm a spoiled self-entitled brat and I'm sorry you had to put up with all my crap when I was growing up. And I'm sorry Mom—I should have never used the lunch money you used to give me on designer shoes...even if they were on sale!
To all the best friends I have made in Vancouver, who I am proud to call my family, there are just not enough positive words in this world that can express how grateful I am to have you blessed into my life. You've all have seen me at my strongest and definitely at my weakest, but never have you judged or didn't accept me for who I am...that's true love.
To everyone who has ever followed my blog, left me comments, liked my photos, sent me emails, stopped me on the street to say hi, Tweeted me, Facebooked me and who has ever taken a second of their time to look at my blog....Thank you. You guys are my inspiration to continue to do what I love.
As I start the next chapter of my life in a brand new city I hope you all will continue to follow me and my gallivants.
Farewell Vancouver.
