Cocktail Hour: Pot Of Gold Punch



Two weeks ago my sister Emma came over for a full day of cooking, baking recipe creating- which is always a fun way to spend a Sunday! The next day Kate came over and snapped a bunch of pictures of our creations. We wanted to come up with a St. Patrick's Day cocktail that was untraditional (i.e not green) and this delicious concotion is what we ended up with! Read on for the recipe!

Pot Of Gold Punch- 1 750ml bottle of white wine (we prefer Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1/4 cup St. Germain Liqueur
- 1 cup lemonade
- Seltzer water or tonic
- Lemon slices rosemary sprigs to garnish

Mix wine, liquer and lemonde in a pitcher. Pour and top with sparkling water or tonic and garnish!
