November Beauty Favorites

It's been a while since I've shared any beauty finds so I thought I'd kick off a new series where I round up my top 7 products each month. I try a ton of products for my job at Glitter Guide which is fun but also can be overwhelming. Here are 7 products that I'm reaching for over and over.
1. bareMinerals Facial Cleansing Oil ($30): I am hooked on cleansing oils. I started with Tata Harper and then One Love Organics and this version from bareMinerals is light and doesn't leave your pores clogged. I'll be using it now on the regular since the weather is getting cooler and my skin a little drier.
2. Perricone, MD No Foundation Foundation Serum ($55): This is the 3rd foundation serum I've tried and maybe my favorite. It lives up to the name, it doesn't look like you're wearing foundation at all and instead you just have a glowing complexion. Somehow it seems to match my skintone perfectly.
3. Trish McEvoy Instant Eye Lift ($38): I'm always on the hunt for the latest under eye product and I love this instant lift from Trish McEvoy -- it has a slight pink hue which really opens up my eyes, even after little sleep. I apply it on top of conealer so it acts like a highlighter.
4. Sachajuan Hair Repair ($30): My hair is fried. I'm trying to go back to my natural color but it's going to take a while. I try to apply a hair mask or treatment weekly and am so hooked on Sachajuan. It actually works and leaves your hair silky and smooth and has an interesting scent I've come to love.
5. Burts Bees Lip Crayon ($8): I recently collaborated with Burts Bees and am such a fan of their lip crayons that I discovered in the process. They are richly pigmented and so creamy when you apply - ideal for dry lips!
6. bareMinerals Eyeshadow Quad in 'The Good Life' ($30): Such pretty colors for the upcoming holiday season - I especially like the top two for highlighting and the gray is perfect for every day.
7. Essie's Winter Collection ($8): I just can't get behind wacky nail colors - I'm more of a pink/red/burgandy gal so this cheery collection from Essie is right up my alley.
