thoughts, the sea and a bird

Hellooo, I have had a very busy weekend with the kiddos, sport, sport, sport and dancing and a lot of after midnight taxi driving. I wish I could tell you that I was out dancing in very high heels, with lots of champagne while sporting diamonds around my neck and wearing a little back dress. That would be a lie dot com.

Autumn has arrived here, all of a sudden the clocks changed, the nights have drawn in and it’s much chillier. Like get under the dooner, eat carbs, wear pjs, read and read and read and drink tea chilly. But to translate that to those of you not from the Antipodes, I mean Australian Chilly – to anyone who does not live in this Mecca that means you have to wear a pair of jeans. And maybe socks. Though if you take the jeans and socks option, if you live in Sydney, be prepared, by mid-day, to wonder what the heck you were thinking that you could wear jeans again as the temperature climbs, the sun comes out and you sit on the beach taking pictures of the sea.

I have a tonne of things to talk about and write about on here but when I sit here in Draft mode I’m drawn to playing with pictures from the ocean and nature, funny how that goes… I read recently that one of the great things about the internet is that it moves along, it’s not stagnant, and in your world it has its own ebbs and flows, it swishes along and you can hop off it for a bit and hop back on, take it or leave it and work it to how you want it. I kinda feel like that at the moment, my internet has changed, it’s become about healing and inspiration, more calming and less chatter and much less fog.

I’ve been out and about with my camera and doing whatever I like, at last I’m feeling I’m moving on.

I’m healing and I’m pretty much so happy with that dot com.
