beach cottage friday enjoyed things

Lovely Spring, bright crisp skies, coffee outside cafes with friends, cool winds, boys on holidays and skateboards, picnics packed up and ready to go, waterside, slow afternoon chocolate brownie baking, hammocks on the deck (yes another one, am now collecting hammocks it seems), long walks with aching legs, jeans and sandals, woman’s hour, seaside, afternoon tea by the lake, the bbc, pretty evening walks by the sea…

…at the weekend we are off for the day on the boat, a forecast of 24C and full sun…exploring more of what Australia does best….

I hope you have a wonderful weekend, this year we are making the most of weekends and weather…no chores, or sport, or yard work or committments…making effort to get out and about…to turn off phones and emails, read books and papers….
