Sunset Style Salted Caramel Yogurt Dip with Mixed Berries

Today I’m participating in the Triscuit Summer Snackoff, presented by Martha Stewart, and sharing my delicious recipe, Salted Caramel Yogurt Dip with Mixed Berries.

Summer is here, which means it’s time to be outdoors, to lounge around the pool, or to host a casual patio or backyard get-together. You already know one of my passions in life is to “dine it forward,” by inviting friends and family over for a light summer soiree. And right now, during the hottest days of summer, my husband and I love to entertain “sunset style.”

Sunset style.

Sunset style means that friends come over toward the cool of the evening, taking a dip in the pool, if only their feet. We offer drinks and a light snack, guests often bring a light snack or a bottle of wine, and we feast on life, reflecting on the day, talking about things that matter, and taking in the sunset.
