Zoo Babies schilderijtje

Pas geleden ben ik door Ronda Wade en Maggie Patterson gevraagd om guestdesigner voor de maand mei te zijn bij My Stamping Best Friend. Natuurlijk wilde ik dat heel graag doen, maar ik wilde dan wel iets speciaals maken. Nu moest ik ook op kraamvisite bij Coen, dus dat vond ik een leuke aanleiding om iets aparts te maken. Speciaal voor Coen heb ik dit schilderijtje gemaakt. Het is gemaakt van een Ribba lijst van Ikea. Ik ben gek op Ikea! De binnenkant heb ik bekleed met In Color Designer Series Paper (Pistachio Pudding). Daarachter heb ik een vel whisper white van 6x6 inch geplakt. En toen kon het leukste gedeelte beginnen...het decoreren!!
*** A little while ago Ronda Wade and Maggie Patterson asked me to be a guest designer for the month May at My Stamping Best Friend. Ofcourse I was honored to be their guest and I wanted to make something really special. I also had a birthparty for Coen, so I thought this was nice to combine and make something original. Especially for Coen I framed the Zoo Babies. It is made out of a Ribba frame, which I bought at Ikea. Just love Ikea! On the inside I used the In Color Designer Series Paper (Pistachio Pudding) on the frame. I glued a piece of 6x6 inch whisper white on the back. And then the fun part could start....the decorations!!

Hiervoor heb ik gebruik gemaakt van de stempelsets Zoo Babies, Banner Blast en Simply Stars. De stempelset Zoo Babies vind ik echt zooo schattig! Ik vond het wel grappig om het aapje tussen de bannertjes te hangen als extra detail. Als persoonlijke touch heb ik de naam van Coen in het schilderijtje verwerkt.
Ik hoop dat de Stampin' Up! fans van My Stamping Best Friend mijn creatie leuk vinden. En ben ook erg benieuwd wat jullie ervan vinden!
*** For this creation I used the stampsets Zoo Babies, Banner Blast and Simply Stars. The stampset Zoo Babies is just sooo adorable! I found it kind of funny to hang the monkey in between the banners as an extra detail. And for a personal touch I added Coen's name.
I hope the Stampin' Up! fans at My Stamping Best Friend are going to love my creation. And I am really curious what you all think of it!
