The Flash Pop-up eyeliners aren’t just eye candy, the formula applies brightly and lasts the whole day, if you try soaping it off you’ll have a bit of work cut out for you…it’s super long lasting, you’ll need a bi-phase or oil-based makeup remover to get it off.
