j.crew new arrival review: moonglow paisley silk tee.

I was able to try on the new Moonglow Paisley Silk Tee yesterday and loved it. I saw the print online and immediately thought of some of the old school prints that I love so much.

The colors were vibrant and beautiful in person. I'm so glad that this is a tee silhouette, making it versatile year-round. I tried on a size 6 and liked the fit. The 4 fit everywhere, but didn't lay on my hips as well, I think because the bottom of the hem hits me just at the curve of my hips. I'm curvier there (er, especially after holidays). So I'd say it's TTS, but consider the hips, which might affect your sizing. If you're more of a straight shape, go TTS. I'm happy it wasn't uber short, and that the sleeves are a short sleeve and not a cap sleeve. There is a little button at the back of the neck. (No zipper, hurrah!)

It reminds me a bit of some old school prints, Ischia and Verushka.
