Verdict: It is Diane Kruger’s ability to bring something different to the red carpet that I missed her from the main event. The actress is like a chameleon she never really goes for the same thing twice and really takes fashion risks that nearly always come off.
This gorgeous Valentino Couture was a look that wowed me and really shows that the Vanity Fair party does bring out the best fashion on the night, the stars can be a little more edgy and sexy and this dress has that and more going for it.
There aren’t many actresses that could pull off this vampy elegant look, I think this is where her model body really works well as she can take something from the runway to the red carpet with ease. I know some people won’t like this look, which makes me go why the hell not, because I absolutely love the decadence and texture of the gown and styling.
As well as wearing a fab dress, the actress went for an intricate braided look done by hairstylist Kylee Heath using Morroccanoil products, which was easily one of the best hairdo’s of the night. It is sweet, charming, while still complimenting the edgy, sexy sheer dress.
I know I am bias, I am a little obsessed with Diane Kruger, but this is one flawless look.
