Weight Loss Wednesday



Loss this week: 2lbs Loss overall: 51lbs Pounds till target: 17lbs
I have a nasty habit, a terrible habit really of weighing myself everyday. I know I shouldn't do it and I know, on occasion, I've gotten obsessive about weighing myself each morning but this week I was far more relaxed and only weighed in on my "official weigh in day". It was nice to not sweat it each day and just think about how my body felt - bloated, hips feeling more sticky outty and what not.
I do need to break my habit of weighing each day though - that only leads to trouble.
