Cherry Blossom

On the first day of British Summer Time, I dared to go bare! And immediately regretted this decision.

If you were in the sun and the breeze was down, it was fine but when the wind picked up - awfully cold! There was a single patch of warmth by the front door where the sunlight was coming through two panes of glass. But alas, I couldn't stand in the door all day.

Now that the clocks have gone forward and the days are brighter for longer - I feel more motivated, less anxious and lethargic. Lighter even! Which is awesome. Summer isn't remotely here but the temperatures are slowly and quietly creeping up. I can stand to sit in the living room without a blanket and an electric fan. Our house only has single glazing in the front of the house and we've had issues with the temperature and rising damp since last March but in November it really got ridiculous. We're in a state of limbo with houses at the moment and although I can't reveal anything (because at this point, there's nothing to reveal) I want to move to a house that has double glazing!
