Trip Down Memory Lane

When I first started my HHJ, I had to use a donut to fill my bun. In the photo below I used one of those mesh donuts you can find at pretty much every beauty supply store. This was my first bun back in March 2009. It took me forever to figure out how to spread my hair out to cover the mesh donut because my ends were thin and the mesh kept peeking through. I used to HATE buns, now I live in them.
