This is my absolute favorite time of the year! The holidays are a time for being with family, reflecting on the year's blessings, enjoying the festive aura in the air and of course fellowship with loved ones over some of the best holiday foods! As joyous of a time that the holidays can be, sadly, most people gain the majority of their weight for the entire year between the time of Thanksgiving and New Year's.
