One Texas Theater Isn't Taking The Cancellation Of The Interview Sitting Down & Is Going To Show Team America: World Police Inst

By now, you've probably heard that The Interview has been cancelled from airing in any theaters, but we've got an update that makes this story even crazier.

While no theaters will be able to show the James Franco and Seth Rogen comedy about killing the leader of North Korea, that's not stopping one Texas theater from giving it their all!

Instead of showing The Interview this Christmas, they will be showing 2004's Team America: World Police.

For those of you who don't know, TA:WP is a marionette satire by the creators of South Park that is, coincidentally, also about stopping the leader of North Korea.

In addition to showing the also-controversial movie, The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Dallas/Fort Worth will also be giving out American flags and other patriotic gifts to attendees.

Let's just hope this doesn't spark any other conflicts!
