Valletta, the capital of Malta, is a charming place to discover. It breathes history and from the moment you walk through “the city entrance”, it kind of feels like stepping into a sort of Game of Thrones setting. Since Malta is a tiny island, every city or town is also easy to discover by foot (also, the streets are often very narrow or steep which isn’t particularly encouraging to drive) – it was never a problem to find parking nearby any of the places we visited. We were lucky (I think) that there were a lot of religious celebrations going on during our stay, which meant lots of decorations, festivities and something that sounded like canon shots going off every hour or so (tourist were pretty confused at first, wondering if maybe war had started without them knowing). About the outfit – I think I want to marry my denim dungarees, they’re basically the best thing ever and I’ve probably been wearing them a little too much this summer – can you really blame me?
