Last days of Summer

I love that September always manages to surprise us with some sneaky summer days when we least expect it. It’s like that last extra boost of sunshine you need just before the colder days start – and that’s how it came to be that I was running around in a breezy outfit yesterday, enjoying one of the last days of summer. I met up with Paulien and we shot these with her new photography material, which explains the different (but very cool) vibe to these pictures. After a year or two of extensively using my 50mm lens, I’m thinking it couldn’t hurt to start looking into something different – aka the expensive and dangerous path of new lenses. We’ll see! And if I’m being totally honest, I kind of know for a fact that these aren’t the last days of summer for me just yet – a very cool trip is just around the corner, but you’ll find out more about that soon!
