love the simple elegance of these creations for elie taharis spring 2012 show. the elongated blazers, multi-slit skirts and chiffon layers are give a sensible touch of femininity to each outfit. the color palette is soft and reminiscent of an egyptian age, cloudy whites, washed out blues and a spattering of yellows. each ensemble was decorated with belts, sandals and handbags - all in delicate gold accents to add a hint of ancient charm.
