Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette – Dolce Vita Review, Swatches and Photos

I’m so glad I finally got the chance to test out an eye shadow quad from Charlotte Tilbury! I first discovered them after watching one of Amelia’s many videos, she has such a sweet personality, I just love her and often find myself marathorning through her videos In one of her favourite videos she mentioned her love for the Charlotte Tilbury eye shadow quads, they looked so incredibly pigmented on her eyes. I knew I had to give them a shot!

So I took the plunge and ordered the same colour quad from Net a Porter. Net a Porter is truly amazing, the palette arrived in under two days, incredible! But enough about them, and more about the palette.

I love how slim and petite the packaging is. No wasting space on applicators I would never use, making this the perfect travel companion The quality of these shadows are close to amazing, so rich, deep and creamy. I feel they come awfully close to my most cherished Tom Ford eye shadows.

My favourite aspect of these shadows is that one more glittery shade. It’s not actually glitter, it’s more like intense shimmer? It’s the perfect pop of highlighter on the center of your lids to give your eyes that added sparkle. It’s not a feature I’ve seen done well in many quads, but Charlotte Tilbury really knocked it right out of the park. Supreme quality!

The actual Dolce Vita shade itself does tend to be on the slightly darker side for me, I tend to prefer more nude / lighter shades, but now that I know how amazing the quality is I won’t hesitate to purchase a lighter version. I just need to figure out what else I want to try from the range as well~

I’m in love with this palette and I can’t wait to try more from the Charlotte Tilbury line If you’re keen to part with some hard in cash for luxury makeup, then this palette will set you back $74AUD on Net a Porter, close to the $80AUD it would cost you to get a Tom Ford quad! I didn’t say luxury came cheap
