Claire Danes In Givenchy – 2014 Emmy Awards

Claire Danes continued a very strong ‘lady in red’ trend tonight on the red carpet of the 2014 Emmy Awards tonight (August 25) at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.

The ‘Homeland’ star wore a red lace Givenchy gown from the Fall 2014 collection with Lorraine Swartz jewels.

This is an amazing gown, from the intricate built-in neck piece to the diamond-shaped cut-outs at the waist, but I have to say I like the black we see on the runway better than the red–simply more dramatic!

But Claire looks lovely and her loose updo, smokey eyes and matte red lip are the perfect compliment for the gown.
