Marissa Webb Fall 2014 Ready-to-Wear

Marissa Webb shared that she was inspired by her own on-the-go lifestyle for her latest Fall collection, “Everything’s hectic, chaotic, fast-paced. The collection is about feeling polished, feeling like you have a little edge, but at the same time not being constricted or confined, and not having to think a lot about it.”

For me personally I love the idea of wearing clothes that help me feel polished and pretty without having to think too much. I first saw the pictures from Marissa Webb’s Fall 2014 collection on Pinterest late last night (yay for social media!) As her pale pinks, white pants and black leather moto pants paired with oversized jackets graced the runway, I couldn’t help but feel inspired and excited. I appreciate that this collection is elegant in the most simple of ways, nothing is outlandishly trendy, she just makes looking cool seem extremely easy. Also get ready to be wow’d by the stunning red look at the bottom of this post.
