Was looking for something to post today but kept coming up empty handed. Until now....

In appreciation of Chicago and the years I've spent here....

a city chalked full of inspiring architecture,

by the sandy shores of the great lake,

a silent but formidable force tempered and centered,

strong and beautiful, friendly, reasonable, clean and classical

among flashy others which always go noticed,

but here we quietly do what we do with strength and vigor

modesty and passion....
