OPI Muppets World Tour is from the Muppets Most Wanted Collection, and it gives your fingers plenty of bling!

Here, I’ve worn it over OPI Int’l Crime Caper, which is also from the same collection. I thought that it stayed in the colour family, but would add an ‘icy’ quality to the overall look.

How would you wear OPI Muppets World Tour?

What I found very interesting about OPI Muppets World Tour is that there are white, silver, blue, and pink pieces of glitter, which give it a cool, speckled appearance while still being very blingtastic!

I was able to photograph this polish in natural light, sunlight, and with my camera’s flash, so you can really see all the beauty it has to offer!

OPI Muppets World Tour Review

Colour

If the Snow Queen wanted to deck her nails out with a glittery nail polish for the annual ball, I imagine that Muppets World Tour by OPI would be exactly the shade she’d reach for.

There are pieces of glitter suspended in a clear base that are predominantly white and smaller pieces that look like they might be silver. Then, there’s a sprinkling of blue and pink glitter, which gives it a little bit of a ‘peppered’ look.

Finish

This glittery nail polish is so full of glitter, and there’s so much white and silver that it reminds me a bit of a snow globe. (Hehe, but let’s not talk about snow, right? After all, I’ve had enough of winter weather. I can’t wait until spring weather is here to stay!)

Since there’s so much glitter, there’s noticeable texture, but you can smooth things out nicely with a good, thick top coat.

Also, since there’s so much glitter, it could be difficult to remove. I opted to use the OPI Glitter Off Base Coat, so I could just ‘peel’ off this manicure.

Application & Formula

Although this is a chunky glitter nail polish, it went on easily (more so than I expected). However, sometimes I had to use the brush to go over the same section on the nail to spread out the glitter so that they wouldn’t just pool in the same area.

Cons

Chunky glitter can be more challenging to remove if you don’t use a peel-off base coat

Muppets World Tour by OPI adds an icy touch to lots of nail looks, and I really loved how it’s different than a lot of glitter nail polishes that I have in my collection.

The pink and blue glitter really stand out, but in an interesting way because they’re sprinkled conservatively throughout the polish.
