Almay Shadow Softies Review & Swatches

Almay Shadow Softies are available in 14 shades. They have a soft texture, but the product still has a powder finish like any conventional powder eyeshadow. They seem to be apart of the permanent range, but I’m not sure.

I think the lightweight packaging is cute; they have a plastic window so that you can see the shade of each shadow and they look like lower-case a’s.

The texture is solf and moldable to the touch, making it difficult to grab the product with a brush. For this reason, I would recommend using your finger to apply this eyeshadow.

These are in no way highly pigmented and therefore ideal for quick, no-fuss makeup looks.

I think these would be great for anyone who is just starting to wear makeup because they are easy to use and very wearbale. However, being someone who has a lot of makeup to choose from in my stash, I just don’t see myself reaching for these all that often.

What do you think of the Almay Shadow Softies?

*This product was sent to me by the company/PR firm for consideration.
