I've said it before and I'll say it again....
Having one main piece that you can dress up or down is
key! The "subject" in this post I want to talk about is these fab
baby blue shorts. They are perfect for summer, easy to pair,
and best part? Less than $20! WOOOOOHOOO. Here's how
I would dress them up and down but I have to say, the monochromatic
"dressed up" look is my personal fave because I love working with a good
