La fashion week new-yorkaise a démarré la semaine dernière et, même si je ne la suis que de loin, les défilés, photos streetstyle et autres font régulièrement leur chemin jusqu'à mes yeux via mes timelines Instagram, Facebook et Twitter. Petit condensé d'inspiration !
New York Fashion Week began last week, and even though I'm barely following it, streetstyle pictures, live streaming and other i photos and others made their way to my Instagram, Facebook and Twitter feeds. Here's a quick inspiration shot !
Dans la photo streetstyle, la mode de la pose est au regard rivé sur l'écran du smartphone, ou encore à l'appel de taxi, le bras levé en l'air, ou peut-être bien l'invitation du défilé devant le visage genre "pas-de-photo-merci"... mais d'un coup, voilà que le sourire fait son grand retour et waouw, ça fait du bien de voir "les gens de la mode" se dérider un peu !
In streetstyle photography, the traditional poses mostly include staring at your smartphone, hailing for a cab and covering your face with your fancy invite, "no pictures please"-style. But suddenly... smiles are back on the fashion crowd's faces !
Autre grande lubie du moment (tiens tiens tiens), la Stan Smith, qu'on retrouve portée à toutes les sauces dans les rues enneigées !
Dans toute cette agitation streetstyle, n'oublions malgré tout pas pourquoi nous sommes là: les défilés !
Another big trend (what a surprise): the Stan Smiths, that everybody seems to have chosen to walk the snowy streets of the Big Apple. Loving it !
And while we take a look at the streets, let's not forget why we're here: next winter's collections !
Celui d'Alexander Wang, organisé à Brooklyn (faire sortir le gratin fashion de Manhattan, ce n'est pas rien !), a encore une fois marqué les esprits et les comptes Instagram des chanceux qui y assistaient. Couleurs vives, jeux de matières, motif néo-paisley... bref, complètement ma came, mais vous commencez à me connaître ;)
Alexander Wang decided to organize his show in Brooklyn (moving the fashpack all the way to Brooklyn, what an exotic idea!) and once again, it was a big hit. Bright colors, mix of fabrics and materials, neo-paisley patterns... totally my thing, obviously !
En rue comme sur les podiums, on associe de plus en plus et sans complexe le sac de madame et les pièces typiquement streetwear, comme le teddy chez Rebecca Minkoff ou le jean baggy.
Both on the streets and on the runways, associating a cute lady bag with streetwear pieces like baggy jeans or a varsity jacket (like here in Rebecca Minkoff's collection) seems to be more and more common and uninhibited. Yay!
Ah et en parlant de baggy ! Superposer les couches sous un énorme manteau, c'est maintenant (il fait encore assez froid pour s'y mettre, alors pourquoi s'en priver) ! (Tibi)
