Pulling off The Natural Makeup Look

I'm not really a heavy makeup person. On a normal day, I wear a little BB Cream, Bare Minerals mineral veil and lip gloss. Note that I said most days. Some days I wear nothing at all. But I like the fact that the only difference in the days with and without makeup is my skin appears smoother when I wear it.

If you follow me on Pinterest, you know one favorite things to pin is makeup looks and tutorials. I love to look at it and would love to learn how to apply it properly, but until I do it's the old standby for me. Here's a picture of my very natural makeup. I've also attached a picture of my favorite products for my every day look.

I probably could have smiled in the picture, but not smiling is typical for me. I love the nude lip look and it's hard for women of color to find a nude lip color that matches. To achieve that look, dab a little concealer on your lips and follow it up with a little clear gloss and you have it. So simple even I can do it.

When I go out for a night on the town, I add a little foundation, eye shadow, eye liner and mascara. That's about it for me. What's your daily makeup routine?
