I love a warm, spiced muffin as soon as the temperatures begin to drop. I know most jump for pumpkin bread and the like, but I love the simple flavors of maple, molasses and lots of Autumn spices. These muffins are perfect for breakfast, as a mid-day snack and they’re even great for dessert
(maybe add a dollop of freshly made whipped cream?). I’ll definitely be making this recipe all throughout the Fall/Winter season.
