Diamonds, Glitter and Jewelry Oh My!!

Back in November I made a pretty big decision to leave my current sales position of a year and a half with the whole package (you know, health and dental benefits, 401K options, etc.), and I took a leap of faith and headed forward in a new adventure.

Since December I've been selling diamonds and jewelry at a local jewelry store, and I couldn't be happier. I'm learning all about the different types of metals like silver, gold, platinum along with designing custom jewelry pieces and helping buy gorgeous diamonds and colored stones. It's like heaven being around so many pretty and expensive jewelry pieces at our store!
So when I was contacted by Brilliant Earth Diamonds about a collaboration of their diamond engagement rings I was really intrigued. A dog may be man's best friend, but diamonds are definitely a girl's best friend.

My favorite diamond shape is the princess cut, and the round brilliant is a definite close second. And since Pinterest wasn't around for my wedding, not that I'm bitter or anything, here's a little inspiration board, and well, because every girl has the right to dream!! :)
