Get The Look: Target WMCFW 2014
Maybelline Canada Lead Makeup Artist Grace Lee shares how to re-create this classic, city-chic look inspired by the signature Target red hue.
Step 2 Lightly groom brows with
Maybelline Brow Drama, first going against the growth of the hair to coat, then brushing in the direction of hair growth to set in place.
Step 3 Apply the
Maybelline Color Tattoo Leather Eyeshadow in
Creamy Beige all over the eyelid and wrap the color around the lower lashline. This product was also used as a subtle, natural contour under the cheekbones too.
Step 5 For a touch of added texture, apply the
Maybelline Baby Lips in
Quenched over the eyelid on top of the eyeshadow. Hydrate lips lightly to prep for matte lip color too!
Step 6 Highlight the complexion with Grace’s signature backstage concoction—
Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadow in
Barely Branded mixed with Maybelline Baby Lips in Quenched, mixed together on the back of her hand then patted along the tops the cheekbones.
Step 7 Apply a single coat of the new
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara (available December 2014) to define the lashes.
Step 8 Give lips that signature scarlet red hue with the new
Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick in
Siren in Scarlet.
