REVIEW: Mollie Makes Blogging Magazine

As a newbie to all things blogging, Georgie suggested a few different texts for me to read to get me started in understanding more about this popular platform. I began my reading with Mollie Makes 'Blogging: The Guide to Creative Content', and I'm glad I did!
This magazine covers everything, from what platform to choose for your blog, what kind of features to write and how to generate income. And for me, with little first-hand experience of writing and maintaining a blog, it was the perfect introduction!
This issue of Mollie Makes walks you through how to get started by helping you pick your blog style, how to choose the best name for your brand and what platform will work best for you. From there you learn the secrets to great content: posts that work, advantages of having an editorial schedule (free tip: it’s a must have!) and the techniques behind snapping the perfect picture every time.
Don't worry, it's a valuable read for those who are already up-and-running too, offering advice on how to grow your blog readership and generate income. There’s a section filled with networking tips and in-depth guidelines that you can follow to make the most of every social media platform as a marketing tool.
My favourite element of the magazine is the features written by popular bloggers such as Elsie of A Beautiful Mess and Annabel Beeforth of Love My Dress. I loved reading their inspiring stories of how their blog came to be, and the advice and tips they offer. Their creditable suggestions are not only reliable but motivational as you can see from the success that they've achieved that being passionate about your blog and content can pay off!
I'm glad Georgie suggested that I read this magazine; it's full of so much helpful advice and is definitely a must-read for anybody who is considering creating a personal blog, or for those who are perhaps considering reinventing their current content!
