MY WEEKEND / 3

I was determined on a road trip before I go back home because I just needed some crusin'-wind-in-my-hair kind of time. So two days before my flight and a day before moving out, we actually did it! The whole attitude about the trip was just to wing it. There were a lot of 'let's turn left', 'let's turn right', 'let's stop here and take pictures there'. You know, wingin' it.

The morning started off with me crying at a train station because Shazana decided to surprised me all the way from Melbourne! Best friend had it allll planned out with Safwan. Ahhh those two are always disregarding my feelings towards surprises. But no matter how much I hate surprises, a big part of me love them for doing so!

We were lost and discovered this amazing view. Can you believe that? Thank you Wawa for putting up the peace sign. It upped the cute level of this picture by 5.

Since it drizzled towards the evening, we stopped by a little B&B that's run by a husband and wife duo. The place was just so quaint. My head can touch the bathroom ceiling just by tiptoeing!! Yes, I shamelessly took a picture of myself in the bathroom to prove it. Oh and that cat? She sat next to us sweetly until we finished our earl greys. I mean come onnnn, we were in the English countryside and it was raining, tea and sconces HAD to happen.
A day trip outside of London with these 3 people was just a hoot! Just a tip for the next trip : prepare a cd that has karaoke-able songs, and know your friend's taste of music. Because if you don't, you'll be the only one excitedly singing to the songs in the car.
