Green Onions Forever

You know about this trick, right? I actually just searched my blog to make sure that I hadn’t already posted about it at some point.

I put this bunch of green onions in this jar on November 1, and it is the gift that keeps on giving.

All you need to do is change the water, peel off the old layers, and trim off anything that looks a little rough, just as needed.

When I can’t keep up with the growth, I give the whole thing a cut and throw the trimmings in my broth bag.
