New stockist: West Yorkshire Print Workshop

One of the things on my list of things to do when Gus is at school is learn to screen print. That is re-learn to screen print. I used to love it at school but back then it was a very time consuming process involving a pile of newsprint, masking tape, a sharp scalpel, and repetitive strain injury. I hear things have moved on.
One of my new stockists is the West Yorkshire Print Workshop and I'm looking at their list of courses and drooling just a little bit. This November, among other courses, there's an Introduction to Printmaking where you get try out all sorts of techniques including etching, my favourite. You can also hire the space for your own work and they host exhibitions in the gallery. Looks like a beautiful space.
