The Sunday Post and Stacking the Shelves–April 6th Edition
Poppy is a hit! The residents at the nursing home loved seeing her, but she was a little hesitant to let everyone pet her. Dean’s mom liked meeting her, and Poppy even hopped up on her bed to snuggle. She’s going again today, and hopefully she’ll be a little more outgoing, though she is a little shy when Bumble isn’t with her.
We had a lovely day yesterday; woke up to a dusting of snow, but it all melted by the afternoon. We ran a few errands, then headed to Red Lobster for their Lobster Fest. I had a $10 off coupon, so we both enjoyed a nice meal of lobster tails. My only regret? Ordering dessert. Their desserts are less than memorable, so if you are planning a trip to RL soon, skip the dessert! I would have enjoyed a Blizzard at Dairy Queen better.
What are your favorite restaurants to order dessert? Least favorite? One of my favorites is Cheesecake Factory, but it’s hard to decide on just one variety of cheesecake! I’m not usually a cheesecake fan, but I enjoy theirs!
