Happy Friday everyone! It’s a rainy day here – we have been blessed by several sunny days in a row so i certainly cannot complain!
60 Cartoons in 60 Days continues……with Day 35 and day 36……..
About 20 years ago a friend introduced me to the psychic Louis Gittner and his book “Love is a Verb”. Since then many people have used that phrase – John Mayer even has a song by that name – lovely song by the way!
So when thinking of what to draw this phrase kept crossing my mind until i finally drew it. Louis who has now passed on was a mystic ahead of his time – thankfully i have his simple book Love is a Verb to remember him by.
Imagination is more important than knowledge – the Einstein quote hit me while thumbing through a book on graphic design on bags. I saw a monster’s head with things coming out of it and instantly this phrase came to mind.
I was babysitting my grandson at the time who was taking a well needed nap so I quickly grabbed a note book which i always have tucked into my purse and sketched out this idea. If i don’t do this I lose my ideas – *poof*
How about you? How do you you save your ideas? Do you have a dedicated book or do you use a digital device like your phone or a recorder to document ideas before the illusive little devils escape forever?
Years ago i created this little video
Happy Weekend Everyone!
Love, Violette xo
