Powder Blue

I recently teamed up with my lovelies Jen and Alicia to shoot some warm weather inspired looks with Jaleen of Sweet Life Photography (who incidentally was referred to us by Erin)! Powder blue was such a strong trend this season so naturally, we decided to take the colour of the season and show how it can be worn three different ways - see all the looks after the jump!

I find that for whatever reason, each time I wear this LOFT blazer I gravitate toward darker accessories that will ground it, like my trusty J.Crew Everly pumps (seriously the hardest working heels in my closet!). My slouchy Everlane shirt and Scotch & Soda pants made for a really laid-back work look, or even a cute weekend look for running errands. I love how Alicia took a more femme, delicate approach and Jen's Zara heels completely elevated a casual look.

Pared-down black and white was also where it was at this season so stay tuned next week for our second feature!
