Rosa Loves… Brunch with the girls at Oyamel.

On Saturday, I had brunch with some of my friends at Oyamel and it was the perfect way to begin my vacation. I’ve been very busy with a project at work over the last couple of months. All the graphics and slides are ready to go for the presentation, which is scheduled in a few weeks, so I decided to take some time off to relax before I have to tackle the next challenge. I am exhausted but happy that the bulk of the project is done. And what is the best way to start a vacation? Meeting with some fabulous friends. For brunch we ordered some mimosas (I had a Pina Colada version and it was divine) and I had the Chilaquiles with Chorizo which I totally recommend. I think I am off to a good start in terms of the food for this vacation.
