The 2nd Annual Sriracha Festival

Last week I entered a Photoshop contest for tickets to the 2nd Annual Sriracha Festival and I won! I wish I had taken more photos of the food because it was so good. Everything was made with Sriracha. My boyfriend and I had a field day. We ate smoked ribs, spicy pork ramen (pictured above), steak tacos, crawfish mac & cheese, peruvian steak sandwiches and so much more. There was dessert and craft beer and cocktails. The tickets were normally $60 but since I won them we got everything for free. It was the best.

The video below shows some of the food they served. We actually talked to the chef who made the crawfish mac & cheese and told him how much we liked it. I think we went back to his booth about 3 times.
