In Holiday Mode

Happy New Year lovelies! Hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing time with your family and friends. We definitely did, the weather in Sydney was nice and most of our holidays we spent by the beach. Why not, while we still have this opportunity? We’re planning to buy another home this year and it may not be so close to some of Sydney’s most beautiful beaches.

The relaxed holiday mode demanded relaxed and easy clothing. I’ve been wearing this Elm knit quite a lot. With long sleeves it has the added benefit of offering some protection from the crazy Australian sun, at the same time this knit quite light so you never feel too hot. The classic black and white print makes it easy to dress this knit up or down. For a dinner out, just add some nice sandals, bag and dark skirt or shorts. For the beach, pair with a black bikini and denim shorts. Such a great summer style piece!

Anastasia has grown up a lot, as you see :) She now always wants to take photos with me and even strikes some funny poses and makes duck faces just perfectly! Like the one on the photo above – little cutie pie.
