ALL EYES ON: INTERIOR FAVES
Next to fashion, interior pieces and design are the favorite parts of my aesthetic everyday life. I love to be surrounded by beautiful things, even if it’s only a little cup I can put business cards in or a vintage desk lamp from my fathers early earlier days. Via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram I’ve been asked various times if I could share more of my home and interior with you. And of course: If you want more, you will get more. So here are my current everyday interior faves that make my home beautiful.
1. the butterfly print by Hagedornhagen via MONOQI
I have already told you: go online and start shopping on MONOQI! The products are exclusive, unique and (most of them) also affordable. I recently bought this butterfly print by the Scandinavian design studio Hagedornhagen on the website and can’t get my eyes of its beauty. Even if you stand very, very close in front of the print the bug still looks like a real one.
2. the Design Letters cup by Arne Jacobsen and Kaleido tray by HAY Design
Even if I am not a coffee or tea drinker I still had to own this L cup from design legend Arne Jacobsen. I am using it to collect business cards from past press days and fashion weeks in. And it looks cute on the green Kaleido tray by HAY. Doesn’t it?
3. the concrete letter by Sigurd Larsen and vintage desk lamp
What can I say? If I had the money for it I would probably own every single design piece or furniture from the Berlin based architect and interior designer Sigurd Larsen. It’s amazingly simple and and simply genius how he manufactures a heavy and raw material like concrete into furniture. One day I’m gonna sit at my own concrete desk by Sigurd Larsen. It’s a note and a promise to myself.
4. the Fidelio wireless speaker by PHILIPS
Last but not least these ultra stylish wireless speakers called SoundSphere wireless speaker from Philips Fidelio. Probably the one and only audio system which was pretty and clean enough to find a place in my room. As I am a fan of the perfect sound in combination with a more than appealing design (handmade!) I love the two Fidelio speakers from every point of view. Best thing: they come with Spotify Connect and AirPlay which makes it even easier to listen to your “starred” playlists on Spotify wireless.
