October Network of Nice hookups! Vancouver friends + Free life coaching + Moving to San Francisco

It's that time of month again! Time to make up for under-tipping, not returning your shopping cart to the corral, and not letting that minivan merge.
Here's the deal: 1) Read through the hook up requests. You see someone you can help? Email them. 2) Read through the hook up offers. You see someone who can help you? Email them. 3) Write kind, thoughtful thank-you email to anyone who was lovely enough to share their time and expertise with you because you're A Nice Person not an Ill-mannered A-hole.

I need a hookup!
Looking for advice about health/wellness coaching training/career I would love to hear from someone who is a health/wellness coach. I'm considering the Mayo Clinic wellness coach training program but don't want be an independent consultant. I'm interested in what the other options are for employment. What are the pros/cons of the job? Is the Mayo Clinic training is a good option? I've already got a bachelor's degree in something completely unrelated to health and am not looking to go back to school full time. jhk1013(at)gmail(dot)com
I need to know about moving to San Francisco I am looking for advice on moving to the SF Bay area from Portland, OR. Any advice is appreciated--what neighborhoods have to offer, the most queer friendly areas, the job market, the most cost-effective way to transition into a healthy housing situation that is pet friendly (I have 2 cats). I'm excited and scared about this move, both at once, so I think the universe is heading me in the right direction. walke405@gmail (dot) com
I'd like to interview female travelers interested in traveling through the Middle East I'm starting a company to help women travel better and smarter in the Middle East through boutique adventure tours. I've worked, lived and studied in the Middle East for the past decade. It's my backyard and I can't wait to help adventurous, curious, deeply passionate women experience its beauty, history and welcoming people, while also feeling safe and supported. To understand women travelers even better I’m asking ladies to weigh in with their thoughts on travel in the Middle East. I want to directly hear from women on their thoughts on travel, fears, what they love and their interest in the Middle East. Open to sharing your thoughts.

I need advice on transatlantic relationships and negotiating the visa process! I recently returned home to the UK after a year teaching abroad, where I met a guy who has now returned home to the US. It's early days but we're now trying to work out how to be together. We're both flexible and willing to move to the other's country if possible, and had both just graduated university before teaching abroad. I'm interested in jobs in university/ independent school development and alumni relations, and the education sector in general. Anyone with experience of pursuing working visas or negotiating this challenge? Any particular do's or don'ts? Thank you! sophiepatterson91@gmail (dot) com
