EFFIE TRINKET FOREVER AND EVER TIL THE DAY I DIE. Elizabeth Banks is the best thing to happen to fashion since dresses with pockets.

Pardon my French, but j’fucking-adore. The dress (WITH POCKETS, because Amanda Seyfried understands us) is an absolute dream on her, from the lace to the colors to the sleeve length. And those shoes? I’m going to need a few moments to compose myself because I am WEEPING over how fabulous they are.

This was my red carpet prediction for Cate Blanchett, and I’m drooling over it all over again on Felicity Jones. So simple, yet utterly dramatic, and the slight curve to the shoe strap somehow brings the whole look together.

Chic, sexy, and perfectly accessorized. Jumpsuits and cut-outs might be ubiquitous trends, but Naomi somehow makes them look fresh and new again.

I think it’s just too much stuff all over her body. She looks like a House banner from Game of Thrones. And not in a good way.

It’s a little bit awkward but overall adorable, kind of like little Ms. Moretz herself. The black patch just seems a little random, but I love the cut-out fabric, the stripes, and the delicious little peep-toes.

Aw, shit, look who’s all grown up! I would wear the shit out of that tuxedo jacket and those fucking awesome studded pants. Chloë, congratulations. I officially want to share a closet with you.

The other teen queen of red carpet fashion did not disappoint with her buttery-lemon-what-even-is-that-shade-of-yellow shirt-dress. It’s a little cartoon-y without looking childish – a great balance of fun and funky.

Like basically everything Calvin Klein makes except hot dudes in underwear, this is boring.

Best maternity wear ever. It’s weird but funky, but actually is basically just pajamas. A comfort-yet-stylish dressing, Mama Bell!

Scratch the styling (the makeup doesn’t photograph well, and the hoop earrings are tired) and hem this dress just a bit, and this would have been a home run.

I pity the fool that comes between Octavia Spencer and her prim-and-proper Tadashi Shoji dresses. I’m not sold on the shoes, but everything else is working. And I could see this dress on Kate Middleton in a heartbeat.

I worship everything this woman does, but this dress is stupidly long on her. And it’s a shame, because it’s doing such a great job of making a very petite woman look statuesque. But you shouldn’t look like you’re standing on top of your gown.

Yeah, it’s a bit scattered, but that’s sort of why I like it. The pants are an amazing color, the blouse is interesting, and the accessories are quiet but chic, to let the clothes do the talking.

Cute, but the vaguely piano-esque print makes you look like you’re in an especially cheesy musical revue.

Miles too long, and I’m really heartbroken, because I would have lost my damn mind over how perfect this gown was. If it fit her.

Shy-but-sexy clown.

She looks like she’s halfway through morphing Professor Slughorn-style into some curtains.

One day, you’ll look back on those pants and laugh for approximately ten hours. Then you’ll retell the wonderful story of how you got so high during the Toronto Film Festival that you stumbled out of your hotel room in the bellhop’s pants and a headband around your boobs.
