Kate Moss Wedding Photos

As we all know, unless you have been hiding away somewhere dark and quiet for the last few months, Kate Moss recently married Rockstar Jamie Hince in the beautiful Cotswolds – looking every bit the super model she is! Kate had famous photographer and good friend Mario Testino as her wedding photographer, and these are his photos from the September issue of American Vogue. Being who she is, a fabulous wedding dress was expected and she certainly delivered, with a vintage inspired gown made by her good friend John Galliano. Before the wedding Kate told Vogue about her dress – ‘A classic Galliano, those chiffon thirties kind. I’ve lived in his dresses for years, and they just make me feel so comfortable. But it’s so much more couture, couture, couture. Oh, my God, the work that’s going into the dress!’ Above, Kates gorgeous daughter, Lila Grace, looked like a mini version of her – carefully helping her Mum out of the car! Beautiful classic white roses were featured heavily throughout the wedding and look great. This fabulous wedding cake was created by Peggy Porschen (of course!). I love the different size/shape tiers and the floral base. You can see that they went for long tables in the marquee, with fairly simple flowers and decoration, but they really got it right! The chairs and lights make a big difference to the look – both of which I love. I love the cut crystal glasses and simplicity of the place settings on the tables – looks very pretty. The place cards are white cards with the guests names written by a calligrapher. As a supermodel, it would be wrong not to have some “model” type shots and I just love these ones! The one below is their modern day Mick and Bianca Jagger – re-creating the 1971 backseat wedding portrait by royal photographer Lord Lichfield. This is another great one – in keeping with the lovely whimsical feel of the rest of the wedding. Kate is wearing a Rodarte paillette coat and beaded lace dress and Jamie is wearing Lanvin velvet. What a beauty of a wedding – now that is one I would have loved to have planned!!
