I Love NYFW But Next Time It’s Paris Fashion Week For Me

We are right in the middle of New York Fashion Week and it’s officially the most hectic time ever. This season has reminded me that my life is already busy enough and I just want my regular busy life back.

AND…

After attending NYFW for the past seven years I’m ready for something new. Something less busy, more chic. Something floral-like and filled with fresh experiences. I’ve gone into dreamer mode and now all I can imagine is me in Paris Fashion Week!

I’m thinking I would look really good at Paris Fashion Week too. My style is already chic and laid-back, and I love bread and desserts (because I think that’s all I would be able to afford anyways). I’d fit in well, ya think?!

I could sport cute and airy pastel dresses with big colorful blocked heels and quirky clutches that said things like “I Met Me In New York.” Or maybe even tight patterned pencil skirts and camouflage sneaker wedges. Oh and I could even have my own theme music for my trip. Since I’m dreaming about a new Parisian me, I’d be all dainty and sprinkle a little Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream.

It’s become a new favorite of mine and is actually one of the things that reminds me of the next city I want to conquer.

Daisy Dream is fruity and floral with a light and airy touch. Sounds like Paris right? And I feel like since Marc Jacobs couldn’t resist creating such an elegant and feminine fragrance I think it’s only right that I wear it in the most romantic city I know.
